1. Responsible for day to day contractreviewing, providing legal guidance on international trade with a focus on the tradingof oil and gas commodities (including the trading of physically and financiallysettled LPG, LNG, ethane, naphtha etc.), maritime issues, shipping contracts. Workclosely with internal teams across legal, operations, and commercialdepartments to ensure compliance with international laws and optimize riskmanagement strategies for global trade activities.

2. Familiar with international trade law,maritime law, with good experience in advising on cargo and shipping contractsand trade regulations in the commodity trading sector.

Keyresponsibilities

. Provide legal services and support to Tradingbusinesses.

. Prepare, review and advise on contracts andother legal matters, as required.

. Negotiate and resolve disputes in relation toTrading and other businesses.

. Maintain compliance with laws and internalregulations with regards to Trading and other businesses.

. Monitor and keep abreast of any changes inthe law and advise the Management on the impact of such on the business andoperations, recommend strategies and solutions for compliance when necessary.

Requiredqualifications

. Legal professional qualification with atleast 5 years relevant working experience.

. Knowledge of the energy business (preferablythe LPG/LNG and/or the gas sector).

. Ability to communicate effectively in across-cultural environment.

. Ability to work effectively under pressureand make quick decisions

. Good command of English and Basic Chinese forcommunication with headquarters isdeemed a plus
