Job Description
- You will focus on portfolio development, covering key areas such as Trademarks, Licensing and Enforcement. This work can also include areas such as Brand Protection, IP Disputes and Policy related matters
- As part of a global IP team and with the assistance of external counsel, you will develop the companies IP portfolio with a view of supporting regional and global business goals
- You will also be responsible for commercial IP work such as contracts, litigation, copyright and enforcement
- This role will form part of a Centre of Excellence with a focus on areas such as improving corporate and commercial transactions, policies and procedures (in relation to IP support)
Requirements
- 3 - 6 PQE
- Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
- Strong background in working across an IP Portfolio
- Background in a range of commercial IP work
- Exposure to cross-border work in Asia
- Fast paced, pro-active, excellent education and expertly trained - all required
