Legal Counsel, Investment Management

This role provides legal support across investment management and business operations, including advising stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, managing legal risks, supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience within financial services, asset management, or commercial legal environments, with strong contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment capabilities.
