Our client is a prominent infrastructure firm specializing in the development and management of energy solutions. We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in EPC Contracts to join the team. This role will support the General Counsel in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities of this Legal Counsel, EPC:
- Provide legal support on complex transactional and project-related matters, particularly in the development of new infrastructure.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including those related to engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
- Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of procurement contracts and tender documents.
- Offer general legal advice on a wide range of issues, including employment and disputes.
- Support legal management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications of this Legal Counsel, EPC:
- 6 - 12+ PQE, with in-house experience
- Experience in project development, EPC, M&A, and financing transactions is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
