Legal Counsel (Energy Industry)

Our client, a high-growth global energy technology company is looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support its expanding Singapore and APAC operations.

Operating at the forefront of battery and energy storage innovation, the business has an international footprint and is scaling rapidly across multiple markets.

What you'll do:

• Lead drafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts (supply, PPAs, NDAs, strategic agreements).
• Advise the business on legal risk across corporate and commercial matters.
• Support cross-border transactions, Joint Venture (JV) arrangements and regional partnerships.

What we're looking for:

• At least 4 years PQE (law firm and/or in-house).
• Strong commercial contracting experience.
• Confident, pragmatic and comfortable operating independently.
