Legal Counsel, Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client, a leading Regional investment bank and Brokerage, with a strong presence across Asia.

The role reports to the Head of Legal and will support a wide range of business and functional areas, including Financial Markets Coverage, Investment Banking, and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on the Bank's operations and products, drafting and negotiating agreements (e.g., NDAs, ISDA/GMRAs, outsourcing and service agreements), and advising on regulatory developments and new requirements.

The ideal candidate is a 5-8 PQE qualified lawyer, experienced in banking or financial services, particularly derivatives, financial markets documentation, or regulatory advisory. Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
