Job Description

Market & Salary Review (2026-27)

Our client is a leading digital platform with offices across Asia (Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Malaysia). You will join an established legal team and work on a range of corporate and commercial matters, very exciting opportunity.

Focus

  • Corporate: 25%
  • Commercial: 50%
  • IP: 20%
  • Compliance: 5%

Job Description

  • You will work closely with the General Counsel to support deal teams with on-going platform expansion. This will allow you to take a lead role in negotiations on sales, marketing, sponsorship, partnership and JV agreements.
  • Corporate work focuses on JVs, M&A and Fund-raising to ensure business expansion is correctly managed.
  • The main focus will be Asia but as the business expands (short term), exposure and experience in UAE and US will form part of your day.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 PQE
  • Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
  • Mixture of law firm and In-House experience (secondment ok)
  • Experience in TMT essential, ideally with a mix of corporate and commercial
  • Experience supporting product, sales and marketing team
  • Softer skills include: Ability to build rapport in short time frames, friendly, high standards on work output, driven but not aggressive
  • Ability to work with various cultural backgrounds in Asia and overseas
