Legal Counsel - Crypto/Payments/Blockchain

My client is a crypto/blockchain/web3.0 Firm and we are recruiting for a Legal Counsel. The role is located in Singapore.

• Advise on blockchain and crypto regulations in Singapore and globally

• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks

• Draft and negotiate contracts

• Support tokenomics structuring, token launches, and vesting schedules

• Manage internal governance, board approvals, and intercompany agreements

• Develop risk mitigation strategies for tech, cybersecurity, IP, data protection, and smart contracts

• Handle legal risks and coordinate with external counsel for disputes or investigations

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 PQE, called to the bar in Singapore or US
