Legal Counsel (Corporate and IP)

An exciting opportunity to work within a fast growing industry as part of a lean legal team. This is a newly created role to support their business expansion.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and team to provide commercially sound legal advice across a broad range of topics (Intellectual Property, General Corporate, Corporate Governance, Legal Operations etc).

An open and solutions focused mindset anchored with the ability to work relatively independently and in a team would increase the chance of success for this individual.

Requirements
Ideally at least 4PQE with Bar admission to any relevant jurisdictions. In-house experience would be advantageous due to the nature of the work. Some working knowledge on Intellectual Property work will also be viewed favorably.
