We are hiring a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore
Confide Platform is growing fast and we are bringing on our first in-house legal hire.

We want someone with sharp thinking, strong drafting skills and a personality that lifts the room. Expect range, pace and plenty of involvement across the company.
What you'll be doing
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Work with enterprise legal and procurement teams
- Handle due diligence requests, vendor assessments and dataroom management
- Prepare board materials, minutes and statutory documents
- Maintain policies, privacy notices and website terms
- Research regulations covering whistleblowing, grievances, conflicts of interest, workplace fairness, AI governance and other high stakes compliance workflows
- Build compliance templates and workflows inside the product
- Support product teams with regulatory clarity
- Provide legal context for articles, training material and content
- Work with engineering on features that involve legal or regulatory considerations
What we want to see
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- 3-5 years PQE
- Minimum three years at a top-tier law firm or strong in-house team
- Confident drafter with precise analytical skills
- Creative problem solver who does not cling to rigid rulebooks
- Clear communicator who keeps momentum high
- Interest in compliance, investigations, governance or regtech
- Comfortable switching between legal, commercial and operational work
