Our client is an established global commodities trading house with a strong presence in Asia and a diversified portfolio across energy and metals. As part of continued growth and deal activity in the region, they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support their trading and investment businesses.

This is a broad, commercially driven role where you will work closely with business teams on transactions, trading activities, and strategic initiatives, while also playing a key role in strengthening legal and governance frameworks across the region
