Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.

Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.

Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.

Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates.

Requirements:

Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).

Minimum 5 years experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm.

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
