Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various contracts to support business objectives while safeguarding the Company's legal and commercial interests.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, day-to-day operations, and regulatory matters affecting the Company's cross-regional activities.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management by developing effective strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with the Company's interests and applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide timely legal opinions on policy changes, regulatory developments, and other legal matters.
• Assist department heads in developing and implementing legal processes, guidelines, and templates to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract, corporate and regulatory matters.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Good communication, legal research and analytical skills.
• Good command of English Mandarin is an advantage.
