Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters across Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC, focusing on the commercial vehicle industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, distribution, JV, after-sales, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regional laws
- Support Lead Counsel in managing legal risks, disputes, and industry-specific challenges.
- Partner with business teams to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor regulatory changes (environmental, trade, transportation) and advise on business impact.
- Manage external counsel and handle ad-hoc legal matters including governance, IP, and employment law.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law or related field
- Familiar with Regional legal framework
