Responsibilities
- Provide legal support across trading, exchange, and digital asset product matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, platform terms, and product documents.
- Advise on legal issues relating to derivatives, structured products, leveraged products, and trading services .
- Support legal work for DEX, DeFi, and on-chain trading/liquidity products .
- Partner with internal teams on product launches, regulatory developments, and day-to-day business initiatives.
- Help manage external counsel and cross-border legal projects when needed.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with solid experience in commercial contracts and general legal advisory work.
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, financial institution, trading platform, or fintech is preferred.
- Familiarity with derivatives, trading documentation, exchange operations, or structured products .
- DEX / DeFi experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong English drafting and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
