Our client, a reputable software company is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage the global publishing and distribution legal affairs in Singapore.
You will:
- Draft and negotiate high-stakes global publishing, licensing, and IP agreements.
- Advise business teams on data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal support for corporate governance and potential M&A activities.
- Acting as the primary legal advisor to business teams, helping to structure deals, manage risk, and offer pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
- Efficiently managing relationships with external counsel and coordinating legal strategy across different territories.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 4 years of legal experience (in-house or top-tier firm).
- Expertise in commercial contract negotiation under Singapore law.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
