The role
- You will join an established legal team with a focus on the development, on-going support and distribution of new and existing products / services.
- The role will require a risk, regulatory and compliance focus to ensure key areas around new technologies and products (AI and blockchain) are always considered, communicated and implemented.
- You will be heavily involved in large scale partnership deals, with various complex agreements requiring negotiation and closure.
- You will work with senior stakeholders across the Singapore HQ office, APAC offices and with cross-office offerings with the UK and US,
The requirements
- 5 - 10 PQE
- Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
- Legal skillsets can include TMT, Big Tech, IP/IT, Commercial/Regulatory
- Preferred would be experience dealing with the risk and compliance on new products and new technology platform offerings
- Softer skills include: Ability to build rapport in short time frames, friendly, high standards on work output, driven but not aggressive
- Ability to work with various cultural backgrounds in Asia and overseas - essential
