About the Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation within the industrial and transportation sector to hire a Legal Counsel based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join a regional legal team supporting business operations across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across Singapore and the wider APAC region
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including supplier, distribution, and service contracts
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support cross-border legal matters and collaborate closely with regional business teams
- Assist in managing external counsel and handling ad-hoc legal projects
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Singapore Bar
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or commercial law (private practice or in-house)
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with business stakeholders
- Prior exposure to regional/APAC work will be advantageous
