We are partnering with a high-growth, well-capitalised digital infrastructure platform with an expanding presence across APAC. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to hire a Legal Counsel in Singapore to support the Head of Legal and the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on a broad range of corporate, commercial and project-related matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, service, and vendor contracts
- Assist with project development work, including land, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related agreements
- Support on real estate and data centre leasing matters
- Assist with M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to provide practical legal support
- Liaise with and manage external counsel across jurisdictions
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4–5 years PQE
- Experience gained in-house and/or in private practice
- Exposure to one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous: Digital infrastructure/data centres, Real estate, Construction / EPC, Energy/utilities
- Solid grounding in commercial contracts and/or project work
- Strong attention to detail with a practical and solutions-oriented mindset
- Keen to develop within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
