Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE)

Key Responsibilities of this Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE):

• Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders across a range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Support strategic business initiatives, corporate transactions and investment-related activities.
• Advise on legal, regulatory, compliance and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks while supporting business growth and commercial objectives.
• Partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on day-to-day legal matters.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate legal support when required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of internal policies, processes and governance frameworks.
• Deliver clear, pragmatic and solution-oriented legal guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements of this Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE):

• Qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both.
• Experience advising on commercial contracts, corporate matters and general business legal issues.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting regional or cross-border matters would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
