About the team
Our Corporate Law Team provides comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, investments, and governance issues. The team works closely with both local and international clients across various industries, delivering practical, commercially sound solutions.
Senior Associate/ Rising Senior Associate (Corporate)
We are seeking a Senior Associate or Rising Senior Associate with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Corporate Law Team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in advising and assisting on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across Singapore and the region, contributing to complex and high-value transactions while developing strong client relationships and honing leadership skills within a collaborative team environment.
