Who are we looking for

Currently, there is an increase in demand for lawyers with general corporate and commercial experience. We are on the look-out for legally trained and qualified individuals with the following attributes and requirements:

• 1 to 5 years PQE
• Common law qualified
• Experienced in advising on general corporate & commercial matters
• Experienced in advising on technology related legal matters
• Experienced in managing M&A transactions
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate & commercial agreements
• Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
• Be available to commence at reasonable notice
• You need to have a hands-on, can-do approach and be initiative
