We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Disputes Legal Consultant to join the Vario hub in Singapore.

As the Construction Disputes Legal Consultant, you will need to possess:

• Experience in construction law, construction disputes or project advisory work.

• Experience reviewing and assessing delay claims, extensions of time (EOT), variation claims and payment claims.

• Experience advising on claims management, dispute resolution and contractual entitlement issues.

• Experience gained on major civil infrastructure, marine, ports, transportation or engineering projects would be highly regarded.

• Ideally available to start as soon as possible.

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.

• Strong experience in construction, projects, infrastructure or engineering-related matters gained either in private practice or in-house.

• Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Flexible, communicative and adaptable approach to working with different stakeholders and teams.

• Confidence to take ownership, proactively manage workstreams and drive matters through to completion.
