Responsibilities
- Manage Shipping and International Trade disputes, including advisory and litigation support.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to shipping and international trade.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
- Assist in arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and correspondence.
- Support senior lawyers in developing case strategies and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- 2-6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as a Singapore-qualified lawyer.
- Experience handling Shipping and International Trade disputes.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
