What are we looking for
We are looking to hire junior Singapore-qualified Associates to join our Capital Markets / Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in our Singapore office.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a well-established law firm focusing on a range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers & acquisitions, and private equity investments.
Our highly rated team offers a comprehensive range of services for transactions involving equity, debt and hybrid instruments.
The Role Will Involve
Providing legal advisory on a broad range of transactions including placements; rights issues; bonus issues and other secondary issues, issues of bonds, continuing listing requirements; corporate disclosure and corporate governance, capital and corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes.
Involvement in the following transactions in Singapore as well as the wider ASEAN region:

Key Skills and Experience
Singapore qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience.
Sound foundation in legal knowledge and skills.
Commitment to technical excellence and delivering excellent client service.
Possess initiative, drive and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
