About the Opportunity

An established Singapore law practice is looking to grow its team with junior lawyers from newly qualified to 3 years PQE.

This is an attractive opportunity for lawyers looking to build strong foundations in practice within a supportive environment that offers hands-on exposure, direct client interaction and reasonable working hours.

The Role

You will gain exposure across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

Drafting pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, agreements and correspondence.

Conducting legal research and advising on a variety of legal issues.

Supporting and managing disputes, negotiations and other client matters.

Attending court hearings, mediations, negotiations and client meetings where appropriate.

Working directly with clients and other stakeholders.

Taking increasing ownership of matters as your experience develops.

Requirements

Newly qualified to 3 years PQE.

Qualified to practise law in Singapore.

Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Practical, proactive and keen to learn.

Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
