Job Summary
Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling AI-powered legal solutions to law firms, in-house legal teams, and enterprises, driving adoption to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance legal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new clients across law firms, corporate legal departments, SMEs, and large enterprises to grow revenue
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through product demonstration, negotiation, and deal closing to secure contracts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations that clearly translate AI capabilities into business value such as time savings, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
- Position the product competitively against alternatives like Harvey AI and Luminance by articulating unique advantages
- Develop go-to-market strategies targeting Singapore and Southeast Asia to expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new verticals including litigation, compliance, and contract management to diversify customer base
- Build strategic partnerships within the legal ecosystem to enhance market reach and product adoption
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the platform by new customers to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts to support business planning and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Required competencies and certifications
- 2-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, enterprise sales, or legal tech sales
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders including partners, general counsels, and C-suite executives
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Background in law, legal services, or compliance to understand customer needs better
- Experience selling AI or SaaS platforms to enterprise clients
- Familiarity with legal workflows such as contracts, disputes, and regulatory processes
- Established network within law firms or corporate legal teams
