Responsible for the entire shipping and order fulfillment process
Liaising with freight transportation / shipping companies, suppliers and customers regarding shipments
Handle all shipping documentation, including L/C documentation and negotiation
Close follow up and monitoring of delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment to customers (including internal coordination with Sales and Service department)
Familiar with GST export requirements
Meticulous, organised, proactive and a team player who can also work independently
Requirements
Relevant and current working experience in LC and LC negotiation is a must
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of International Trading or related majors.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
