• Position : Legal Administrative Assistant
• Location : Shenton Way
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Law Firm

Responsibilities:

• Open, manage, and close case files handle filing and documentation
• Draft routine correspondence to clients and opposing law firms
• Prepare court documents and billing
• Answer calls and update clients on case progress
• Support general administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
• No experience required, training will be provided!
