Kalco Law LLC is looking for a Legal Admin to support our Conveyancing team. This is an entry-level role and is ideal for candidates with no prior legal experience who are keen to learn and grow in a legal environment. Training will be provided, and you will be guided by experienced legal secretaries in your day-to-day work. Successful candidates can expect good opportunities for progression in a people-first working environment with a sustainable workload.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist legal secretaries in conveyancing matters
- Prepare and print basic legal documents
- Handle filing, scanning, and document organisation
- Open, update, and maintain client files and records
- Assist with simple data entry and tracking of cases
- Attend ad-hoc legal completions outside of office
- Liaise with clients for documents collection
- Support the team with general administrative duties
Requirements
- Fresh graduates / school leavers ( Poly, ITE etc) with no experience are welcome to apply training will be provided
- Experience in Conveyancing or legal admin is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
- Responsible, organised, and attentive to details
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
