Lecturer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:

Relevant Fields

• Diploma in Facilities Management

• Diploma in International Hospitality Management

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

• Diploma in Business and Retail Management

• Diploma in Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations

• Higher Diploma in Global Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management

• Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality & Project Management

• Higher Diploma in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics & Cyber Security

• Advanced Diploma in Housekeeping and Maintenance Management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Master's degree preferred).

• Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality teaching.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Demonstrated passion for teaching and developing students.

• Candidates with relevant training experience and strong presentation skills will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials.

• Develop, review, and update course materials.

• Assess students fairly in accordance with academic standards.

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

• Participate in academic meetings, curriculum development, and quality assurance activities.
