[What you will be working on]
- Develop and deliver accounting modules that combine accounting fundamentals with technology applications, preparing learners for the digital transformation of the accounting profession.
- Design and supervise student projects involving technology applications in accounting
- Coach and mentor both PET (Pre-Employment Training) and CET (Continuing Education & Training) learners
- Engage in outreach, curriculum innovation, and student development activities beyond the classroom
- Collaborate with industry partners on projects that promote digital transformation in accounting practice
- Perform academic and supporting administrative duties
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Accountancy, with professional qualification from accounting professional bodies
- Strong accounting foundation with relevant work experience in areas such as financial accounting, assurance, forensic accounting, internal controls & risk management, cost accounting with exposure to digital transformation initiatives such as automation, data analytics, AI, or blockchain applications.
- Good understanding of AI, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and RPA applications in the accounting and finance sector
- Proficiency with digital tools such as UiPath, Power BI and/or AI tools will be an advantage
- Innovative, IT-savvy, and able to harness technology to enhance teaching, learning, and productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing future-ready graduates
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working with young adults and collaborating with industry
