What You Will Be Working On
- Design and deliver high-quality curriculum, courseware, and e-learning modules for full-time and part-time courses that are align with current industry standards and emerging trends in technology.
- Supervise student projects and internships in collaboration with industry partners, ensuring alignment with current technologies and practices.
- Provide academic and personal support to students through counselling, coaching, and mentoring, including guidance for competitions, career planning, and personal development.
- Participate in academic administration and committee work and contribute to outreach initiatives such as study trips and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and graduate employability.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- Proven expertise in AI, Full Stack Development, IoT and RPA with Agentic AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
- Strong communication and instructional design skills
- Expertise in two or more of the following:
- a) Full Stack Development: Modern web/app development using React, Angular, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures.
- b) Digital Twin Engines Development: Simulation, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring for IoT ecosystems.
- c) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Agentic AI: Intelligent automation using UiPath, Power Automate, enhanced with Agentic AI.
- d) 3D Modelling & VR Programming: Immersive content creation using 3ds Max and Unity3D.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and engaging with young minds.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI ethics.
