[What the role is]
Responsible for our Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuiing Educaton & Training (CET) programs, NYP-wide and School-wide activities and committee work, collaborate with our industry partners to develop technologies in the field of AI-enabled robotics and automation for our training and industries.
[What you will be working on]
- Develop and deliver course curricula for our learners.
- Lead and supervise our learners on industry related projects.
- Develop and deliver customized short courses for industries.
- Plan and lead learners for overseas educational trips.
- Engage and lead NYP-wide and School-wide activities and committee work that support NYP strategic goals.
- Spearhead collaboration with industry partners in the field of smart and AI-enabled robotics and automation.
- Lead the implementation of smart and AI-enabled robotics and automation for training and the industry.

[What we are looking for]
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree automation control and mechatronics engineering or related fields of studies.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial robotics and automation.
- Experience in robotics and automation engineering design, development, and build.
- Familiar with other leading robotics and automation technologies e.g., smart and AI-enabled industry robots, smart and AI-enabled machine vision, COBOT, SCADA, data analysis, data analytics.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Highly self-driven, independent, and resourceful.
