Job Description

Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, laboratory/studio sessions and other assigned classes.
Take on Programme/Module Leader responsibilities where assigned.
Develop and enhance curriculum, teaching materials and online/blended learning resources.
Set, mark and moderate coursework and examinations in line with module and course requirements.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate final-year projects, dissertations and research work.
Monitor student engagement, academic progress and performance, providing appropriate learning support and early intervention.
Conduct student consultations, focus groups and feedback sessions.
Support academic quality assurance, university audits, programme reviews and accreditation activities.
Participate in research, scholarly and professional activities in line with institutional requirements.
Collaborate with academic and programme teams on curriculum development, student recruitment, retention and programme enhancement.
Participate in school events, marketing activities and other academic/administrative projects as required.

Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline PhD is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and student engagement.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching, student development and continuous academic improvement.
