Leasing Officer

Job description About the role Role:

Frontline role focused on executing leasing activities, tenant relations and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity to join the leasing team at F&B Group, operating coffee shops and food courts.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle lease negotiations, arrears and renewals.

. Coordinate with Leasing Admin Executive and Leasing Administrative Coordinator for lease documentation.

. Maintain tenant relationships and resolve issues.

. Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

. Monitor rental arrears and follow up with tenants.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively identify and pursue new tenants to fill vacant stalls in coffee shops and food courts.

2. Negotiate lease terms and agreements with potential tenants

3. Manage existing tenant relationships, including coordinating renewals and addressing any tenancy issues

4. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity

5. Collaborate with the management team to optimise occupancy rates and tenant mix

6. Provide excellent customer service to both existing and prospective tenants

7. Work with Operations to resolve day-to-day issues with tenants

8. Manage cases of tenant rental arrears

9. Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to resolve facilities issues

10. Negotiates renewals leases based on target rent and put up offers received for approvals.

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial tenancy leasing or property management

-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
