We are looking for a results-driven Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue growth across a multi-brand space portfolio, including serviced offices, self-storage, hybrid workspace-storage units, cold rooms, and safe deposit facilities.
In this role, you will lead the Leasing & Customer Service team, manage pricing and conversion strategies, and secure high-value leasing deals. You will also work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in leasing, sales, or business development
Strong negotiation, CRM, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in workspace, property, or storage solutions is an advantage
