Our client is a real estate company in Singapore that specializes in property development, investment, and management. Responsibilities
- Oversee the leasing of retail spaces within the property portfolio
- Negotiate leases, whether new or renewed, for the designated properties
- Formulate and implement tenant mix strategies for malls
- Identify and secure tenants that match the desired tenant mix at the malls
- Collaborate with asset managers to maximize mall occupancy and revenue
- Stay abreast of retail market and industry trends by conducting market research
- Establish and maintain strong connections with retailers and tenants
- Manage the lease of the mall&aposs promotional spaces, pushcarts/kiosks, and vending machines, and provide guidance on display design as necessary
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor&aposs degree or diploma in Estate Management, Building, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in retail leasing
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Has a broad network of tenants and contacts
- Possesses a thorough comprehension of the real estate and retail industries, with a preference for shopping complexes.
- Is self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
