Leasing Manager (F&B) - 5days | Mon - Fri | Lavender

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Working Location: Lavender

Salary Range : $5500-$7000

Job Description

1. Develop leasing plan and work with Leasing Officer to ensure the coffeeshop have the balance food type mix.
2. Track and maintain occupancy - To ensure and maintain occupancy rate at 95% and stalls rentals terms within the market rent of the other stalls and match the target rent.
3. Bad Debts - ensure bad debts reduction as per Company SOP. Manage cases of tenant's arrears.
4. Sourcing of Potential new sites with contacts from property agents.
5. Negotiate with landlords for head leases renewals.
6. HDB Tenders/ Hospitals Tenders / University / Polytechnic
7. Work with Operations to resolve day -to -days issues with tenants.
8. Work with Facilities on projects renovations and new stalls planning.
9. Lease Management - Check to ensure that the tenancy agreements and forms are done properly.
10. Daily report and update with Leasing Officer on new leads prospecting status, renewals discussions and other issues with the tenants.
