Leasing Executive Malls/ Retail #NKC

Assist in retail planning, including trade and tenant mix review.

Identify, source, and secure suitable tenants through cold calling, site viewings, and lease negotiations for new and renewal agreements.

Prepare and track lease documentation and marketing materials.

Operate systems and tools for tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to monitor mall and competitor performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospective tenants, real estate consultants, and industry associations.

Monitor rental payments and follow up on arrears when necessary.

Manage monthly tenant sales reporting via portal and POS systems.

Assist in maintaining and fine-tuning lease management systems.

Support feasibility studies and development of new retail concepts and formats.

Ensure proper upkeep of tenancy and sales documents.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
