Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a
Leasing Executive to join the Asset Operations team responsible for leasing in Jem's retail and commercial space.
Whilst you maintain and build strong relationships with existing tenants in Jem and Corporate clients who may be potential tenants you will be responsible for, but limited to;
- To work with the Leasing Director and Senior Manager to ensure that the retail and commercial space is fully leased
- To work with the Leasing Director and Senior Manager to ensure that the lease documentation is up to date and accurate
- Ensure right tenant mix
- Managing monthly leasing reports and tenants performance reports
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients, MNC and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore
- Have an interest and acumen in general retail and commercial real estate market trends
Ideally you will have, however it is not essential;
- A relevant degree holder with some experience in retail and commercial leasing in Singapore
- Good knowledge of commercial/retail leasing, market movements and real estate development plans in Singapore.
- Potential industry contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
Do note a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence registered with The Council Estate Agencies (CEA) is a pre-requisite for consideration for the role. We will consider candidate without the RES licence but they would need to obtain their licence within an allowable period during the tenure.
