Salary Range : $3800 - $5000

Job Description

1. Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
2. Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
3. Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions in line with company targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing leasing and operational issues promptly.
5. Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments.
6. Coordinate with Leasing Administration on lease documentation and tenancy matters.
7. Work closely with Operations, Project, and Maintenance teams to resolve tenant and facility-related issues.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
9. Support management in achieving target occupancy rates and an optimal tenant mix.
