Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing and Marketing Executive based in Singapore. Responsible for leasing, marketing, and tenant management activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. The role involves supporting leasing negotiations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in the leasing and marketing activities to achieve desired tenancy mix to maximize rental and occupancy
• Handle leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and follow up with prospective tenants
• Assist in lease negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements, and renewal documentation
• Support team in building and maintaining good relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media activities to maximizing return, increase visibility and footfall
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of similar experiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently
• Open to fresh graduates/ entry level
