Roles & Responsibilities

Vita Partners is Asia-Pacific's largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform, backed by an Australian headquartered multinational real estate company and leading US private equity growth investor. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients. The investment management business currently manages SGD 2 billion of AUM on behalf of institutional investors, with strong aspirations for growth within the region.

Role Purpose:

This role supports the marketing and leasing activities across a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. The focus is on executing marketing initiatives, preparing leasing documentation, to optimize occupancy and rental performance. The position is handson and requires strong design skills to produce marketing collateral that enhances the company's brand and attracts quality tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content) using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media activities
  • Coordinate with property management and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to support pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on leasing and marketing performance.
  • Handle leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and follow up with prospective tenants
  • Assist with leasing documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, real estate, business, property management, or economics
  • CEA's RES License would be advantageous
  • 25 years of experience in marketing, leasing, or property administration.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.

Note: This position is a 6month maternity cover.
