Job Description

Leasing Management & Administration

  • Identify and evaluate new site opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

  • Negotiate tenancy terms, rental rates, and renewals in line with business objectives.

  • Review, and maintain lease agreements for all outlets, office and warehouse.

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and renewal requirements.

  • Maintain a central database of lease documentation, rental payment schedules, and key deadlines.

  • Track and report on lease obligations, expiries, and renewal timelines.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate brand performance across malls and retail clusters.

  • Collect and analyse data on footfall, shopper demographics, and catchment areas to make informed leasing decisions.

  • Monitor new mall developments and retail trends to keep management informed of emerging opportunities.

  • Prepare feasibility studies and recommendations for new store openings, relocations, or expansions.

Landlord Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property agents, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Act as the main liaison for tenancy-related issues, disputes, and negotiations.

  • Represent the company in discussions with landlords and property stakeholders.

Renovation & Maintenance Coordination

  • Plan, manage, and oversee outlet renovations, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landlords for project approvals and execution.

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare and record meeting minutes for doctors and managers meetings.

  • Support company events, including team building activities and annual D&D.

  • Assist in booking air tickets and travel arrangements for director and managers overseas business trips.

  • Corporate Support - Assist directors with preparation of reports, presentations, or administrative documents as needed.

  • Manage office pantry supplies and coordinate general office maintenance.

  • Coordinate pest control services to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace

  • Undertake any other duties, special assignments, or cross-functional projects as assigned by superiors to support overall business objectives.
