Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including coordination of day-to-day tasks and communications.
- Maintain and update leasing and marketing databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare lease agreements and related documents track lease status and ensure timely updates to tenancy records.
- Liaise with tenants, legal counsel, IRAS, HDB, JTC, and other relevant parties on all lease-related matters.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting, including meeting preparation and document compilation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants.
- Monitor lease expiries, initiate renewal processes, and assist in onboarding new tenants, ensuring documentation is in order.
- Track lease-related financial transactions (e.g., rental payments, security deposit refunds) and reconcile audited sales reports and GTO billing where applicable.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, a team player, and able to work independently
- Able to perform well under pressure and handle challenges effectively
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry
