Job Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of sales and footfall performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including proper approvals and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Accurately update lease data in internal systems and reports in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly/monthly leasing activity reports, tenant sales reports, management reports, and arrears tracking
• Draft, process, and follow up on lease-related documentation
• Handle property tax schedules and submissions
• Maintain and update leasing reports and schedules to ensure document completion
• Provide general administrative support to the Leasing team

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a shopping mall or retail leasing environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and communication skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and a strong team player
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude
