Learning & Transformation Designer
WDHB designs and delivers experiential learning programs that help leaders and organisations navigate complex business challenges and turn insight into action.
We are looking for a Learning & Transformation Designer to join our Singapore studio. This role spans the full learning lifecycle shaping learning journeys and leading the detailed planning, curation, and delivery that brings them to life.

What you'll do
Program Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed program timelines and budgets and manage the planning process from start to finish
- Research and engage leading speakers, innovators, and practitioners aligned to each program's strategic objectives
- Conduct research and outreach to secure speakers and organizations that support the vision and purpose of each program
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners across teams and time zones to coordinate program elements
Program Delivery
- Lead vendor sourcing, briefing, and coordination (logistics, venues, activities, transportation, hospitality) to ensure smooth and professional delivery
- Play an active role during programs, managing stakeholder alignment, in-room dynamics, and overall participant experience
- Ensure every operational detail supports a seamless and high-quality experience for participants
- Assess program outcomes and contribute to post-program reflection and improvement
Client Advisory & Learning Design
- Partner with clients to clarify needs, define learning objectives, and translate them into tailored program designs
- Curate high-quality, immersive learning journeys grounded in adult learning theory and aligned to business priorities
Business Development & Client Partnership
- Identify opportunities within existing client relationships to deepen engagement
- Conduct client debriefs and contribute to conversations around future programs or follow-on work
- Support proposal development and other activities that strengthen long-term partnerships
This role requires strong operational discipline and attention to detail. You are comfortable translating a program vision into curated speakers and organizations, coordinated logistics, and a seamless participant experience.
Who you are
- 35 years of professional experience in program management, experiential learning, event or experience production, consulting, or other roles that involve coordinating complex projects and delivering high-quality experiences
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and detailed logistics without losing track of the bigger picture
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where timelines move quickly, plans evolve, and the occasional curveball appears
- Able to prioritize effectively, stay calm under pressure, and navigate bumps and detours with grace when the stakes are high
- Experienced in coordinating programs or events with many moving parts speakers, vendors, clients, partners and able to keep everything moving forward even when complexity increases
- Naturally curious and resourceful when researching and engaging speakers, organizations, and partners who bring the right perspective and energy to a learning experience
- Strong operational instincts and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate issues early and troubleshoot quickly when things don't go exactly to plan
- Comfortable coordinating across stakeholders, partners, and vendors across multiple time zones. Because WDHB operates across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, this role regularly involves early morning or evening calls from Singaporeoften a few times each weekto support global program planning and delivery. Outside of those moments, working hours are flexible
- A strong communicator who can build trust with clients, speakers, and partners while keeping coordination clear across teams
- Motivated by the challenge of bringing ambitious programs to life staying calm, practical, and focused when the moment calls for it
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
You are commercially minded, intellectually curious, highly organised, and comfortable taking full ownership from first client conversation through final debrief.
