Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for positions of Learning Support Teacher (LST) and Learning Support Assistant (LSA). The Middle and High Schools seek an enthusiastic and experiencedLearning Support Teacherto join our growing Educational Intervention Services Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their individual potential. They will work with individual students and small groups in our Middle and High Schools schools to provide support to access the curriculum. The Schools are seeking enthusiastic and experiencedLearning Support Assistantsto join our growing Educational Intervention Services Team. The successful candidates will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their individual potential. They will work with our Learning Support teacher to provide intervention and support for students under the direction of the classroom teacher. Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in education or related fields is needed
• LST: Master&aposs in Education/ Inclusive Education/ Special Education preferred. Min. Bachelors in Education
• LSA: Min. Diploma in Teaching/ Education/ Inclusive Education/ Special Education
• Special Education and behaviour management skills
• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) / Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualifications and experience would be advantageous.
• Experience working in international schools is advantageous
• Experience in Safeguarding and working with Neurodiverse Children with SEND
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children
• Good team player who values collaborative partnership
