About the Role
We are looking for a proactive professional to drive optimal programme experience and operations through policy and process reviews in training operations. You will work closely with vendors, users, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations for current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Re-design and implement policy and process improvements to enhance programme experiences, including:
Engaging with business units, corporate departments, and key stakeholders to understand user needs
Collecting and analyzing operational data to inform improvements
Developing operational workflows and procedures, such as circulars and SOPs
Supporting users in adopting revised policies and processes through tailored interventions, e.g., briefing sessions and job-aids
Support smooth delivery of virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions as part of evaluating the effectiveness of policies and processes.
Provide regular updates and reporting to management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and progress toward operational goals.
Requirements
Familiarity with training operations and supporting training programmes or events
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions
Effective communication and engagement skills to work with diverse vendors, users, and stakeholders
Excellent project management capability - able to anticipate issues, plan interventions, and ensure timely deliverables
